Written on Your Soul: A Restorative Writing Experience

Has the noise of the world gotten so loud you can’t hear yourself clearly?

Do you long to write, rest, and deeply connect to yourself?

This writing experience is a unique opportunity to step out of the noise and chaos of the world and go deep into the sanctuary of your soul to discover what’s written there and what wants to be written into the world through you.

Slow down and go on an inward journey to excavate what is needed for you at this time. It could be the beginning of your book, a new business or creative idea, or simply a renewed understanding of yourself so you can be in your life with more presence, focus, ease, joy and trust.

Restorative Writing awakens your voice and heals your spirit. It slows you down and tunes you in to the heartbeat and deep purpose of your life and story and what it is you are here to share at this time. Restorative Writing deepens our shared conversation of aliveness–the ordinary, the mystical, the brilliant, and the wounded, forgotten, grieved and silenced parts. It brings you home to rest on the sacred ground of our shared human story so we can connect to and serve life, and each other, more fully on and off the page.

Sam will lead you through guided writing exercises designed to deepen your conversation with yourself, your work and writing, with each other, and whatever mysteries are waiting to be expressed and revealed.

Writers and non-writers alike are welcome. Please bring writing materials.

She helps writers, want-to-be-writers, and non-writers alike discover their voice, clarify the deeper purpose and focus of their writing, and develop structures for committing to and sustaining a nourishing writing practice. www.writeinpower.com
