Saturday Morning Quin (Aztec Yoga) and Energy Cultivation Practices

Saturdays 10am-12pm $35 drop in

"Quin" means "protectors' in the Nahuatl language. The Quin are a series of physical postures with specific measured breathing, in sets designed to enhance healing, dreaming, shedding, and increasing enlightened awareness. This is a recapitulation, energy building practice that increases abilities in dream planting, manifestation and healing skill, as well as helping to clear old issues and ties within the psyche that block the unconscious and drain energy. The postures are similar to yoga, and not difficult for most bodies. The practice will be followed by a guided meditation and selenite crystal bowl sound healing. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat or blanket and water to drink.

The Quin postures and breath work allow you to make dramatic changes to your life in the following ways:

  • Create more balance and relationship between your waking and dreaming states

  • Increase vitality and physical healing or rejuvenation

  • Heal your sexual energy and access its creative power

  • Increase abundance and your ability to manifest

  • Change the way you dream

  • Increase your "seeing" ability

  • Heal the destructive aspects of your unconscious and your ancestral patterns

  • Retrieve your lost energy from past traumas, conflicts, and relationships

  • Increase your potential for flowering into your best possibility

Maximum capacity for this class is 12 participants. Please register ahead of time to secure your spot, or arrive a few minutes early for drop ins. (cash only for drop in)
