Saturday Morning Quin (Aztec Yoga) and Energy Cultivation Practices
Saturdays 10am-11am $20 drop in
"Quin" means "protectors' in the Nahuatl language. The Quin are a series of physical postures with specific measured breathing, in sets designed to enhance healing, dreaming, shedding, and increasing enlightened awareness. This is a recapitulation, energy building practice that increases abilities in dream planting, manifestation and healing skill, as well as helping to clear old issues and ties within the psyche that block the unconscious and drain energy. The postures are similar to yoga, and not difficult for most bodies. The practice will be followed by a guided meditation and selenite crystal bowl sound healing. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket.
