Healing Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Ancestral Nutritionist with a background in Medical Anthropology. She has held a private practice in Northern California and part time in Hawaii for over 10 years. Delighted by sound and music, she is beyond thrilled to introduce individuals to the power of sound. A student to sound and music from a young age, Bridgette is a self taught guitarist & singer. She channels song through the energy of her environment and emotional impulses to create heart opening music. She hopes you learn that it’s not just music, it’s the emotion that music and sound is capable of eliciting from deep within us. Music moves us literally and figuratively. If everything is vibration and vibration creates sound, everything is sound. Her passion for health and wellness stems from a deep desire to show others that embodying a healthy lifestyle can be simple and extremely rewarding for you and the planet!
