"Making Space for What is Here Now" - Embodied Mindfulness, Movement, and Meditation
About this Event
Join Lucia for a deep embodied dive into your being through mindfulness, meditation, breath, and movement. In this workshop you will have an opportunity to create safe and loving space for whatever is alive for you in the moment, as we navigate this time of change and intensity together. The practices will include: deep grounding meditation into the senses, gentle flowing yoga and somatic movement to awaken a sense of presence and flow of energy throughout your body, and breathing techniques to make space for our emotions to be felt, accepted and integrated. This workshop is open to all. Let's come together in the spirit of love and healing for all beings and for our planet!
Registration is donation based and donations can be submitted thru Eventbrite. All donations will be used to support and assist the physical space of The Eleventh House.
While donations are welcomed and encouraged, we know that these times are challenging and that financial resources may be scarce. If that is the case, we want you to know that this summit is offered fully to support you in receiving the tools, practices and teachings available thru the Eleventh House. About Lucia Grace
Lucia Grace is an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, Advanced Yoga Instructor RYT 500, dancer, and intuitive guide, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. At the heart of her practice, Lucia believe that movement is powerful medicine. All of Lucia’s work is somatic in nature, infused with energizing chakra practices, guided visualizations, conscious breath work, and elements of improvisation in addition to classical yoga. Her goal is always to create a safe and inspirational space in which students can let go and come fully alive in the moment!
